How SMT Works
The Alert module of SMT monitoring together with standard SQL Server alerting provides notification regarding upcoming issues (via mail and incident ticket registered on our help desk tool to provide you with an overview of the situation and our future activities). Alerts are also available in the SMT tool dashboard as an overview.
Via early notification, we provide the support you need in the time you need it.
Thanks to our tailor-made monitoring tool we can easily identify the root cause and provide proper recommendations to fix the issue.
As a result, this service saves costs on both the business (decreased out of business times for core company servers and applications) and support side (less time spent on troubleshooting and analysis of issues).

We are a progressive company founded in 2009 by Michal Tinthofer, a.k.a. "Woodler".
Started as performance tuners, trainers, and consultants for mission-critical SQL Servers, Woodler built its name in the Czech and Slovak markets. Driven by the need for root cause analysis based on real data (not educated guessing), Woodler developed an in-house advanced monitoring solution (SMT) delivered to its customers throughout Europe with great success. Currently, we deliver the outsourcing of senior consultants and support engineers, one-time audit services (SQL-A & SQL-C), Business Intelligence, and other monitoring solutions
